To correctly time the muzzle brake, please refer to the YouTube video (\u003ca href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=829ujuwRL6Q\u0026amp;t\"\u003elink\u003c\/a\u003e).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eYou may skip the timing procedure if (and only if) you fully thread the muzzle brake onto the outer barrel thread, ending in an unrealistic position.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eInner barrel length\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePlease refer to the chart to determine the maximum inner barrel length for your specific setup. For concentricity reasons, we also suggest respecting a minimum inner barrel length (100 mm shorter than the maximum length). Your carbon outer barrel extension is supplied with barrel spacer(s). Install one barrel spacer at the front end of the inner barrel and, if necessary, distribute the others along the protruding inner barrel. Additional barrel spacers can be purchased separately (please check reference SBA-BBS-11).\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eOffset between muzzle and handguard\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ePlease refer to the chart to determine the distance between the muzzle of the carbon outer barrel extension and the front of the handguard. If the distance is negative, it means that the muzzle of the carbon outer barrel extension will be inside the handguard.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eUse as an integral suppressor\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eIt is possible to use your carbon outer barrel extension as an integrally suppressed barrel by using up to 100 mm (recommended) of foam filling on the muzzle side of your carbon outer barrel extension.
