Shipping

When will my order be shipped?

At Skirmshop, we understand the importance of getting your items as quickly as possible. Our team is dedicated to ensuring that all orders placed and paid before 1 p.m. (CEST) are packed and shipped the same day. In case the payment is delayed, the package will be shipped on the day payment is received. Orders placed during national holidays or weekends will be shipped on the next business day.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Unfortunately, we cannot say exactly how long shipping will take. We recommend that you regularly check the progress of your shipment using the tracking system provided.

How can I track my order?

All shipments are processed by our local courier service. We have no influence over who will pick up the package in the destination country. You can track your order through the following link: Follow your package by clicking here!

Where can I find my tracking code?

You will automatically receive an email when your order has been packed and shipped. In some cases, the email gets stuck in the spam folder, so we recommend checking that as well. You can also find your tracking code by logging into your account (if you haven't created one yet, we recommend you do so) and navigating to the order tab.

Can I change the delivery address after placing an order?

If you provided an incorrect delivery address, we recommend that you let us know as soon as possible by providing your personal details and order number to avoid delivery issues. If your package has already been shipped, we cannot change or retrieve it before the courier has attempted delivery at the wrong address. Most of the time they will not deliver your order and will return it to us after a few business days. We can then resend the package to the correct address, but you will be charged the shipping costs. If your package has been delivered to the wrong address, unfortunately there is nothing more we can do. We recommend that you try to contact the person living there to claim your package.

Tracking shows the package has been delivered, but I still haven't received anything.

Please contact us with your full details and order number. We will check with our courier what went wrong and find a quick solution for you.

Will my order go through customs and do I have to pay customs duties/taxes?

Your local customs agency will only inspect orders from outside the European Union and charge you local taxes and customs fees. However, you do not have to pay our local VAT (21%); it will be deducted before payment. We recommend that you check whether all ordered items are legal to receive in your country. We are not responsible for the seizure of your order in case it violates your local laws. If your order is seized by local authorities, we cannot refund you.

Can you ship to my country and what are the shipping costs?

Before placing your order, you can check whether we ship to your country. The calculator will immediately show you the shipping costs.

Inventory Status

The product shows as out of stock, when will it be available?

On our website you can see whether a product is in stock. Unfortunately, we cannot specify when a product will be back in stock due to production, shipping, and import times. We recommend using the stock notifier — this way you will receive an email when the product is available again.

Important! If you have installed a pop-up blocker or similar add-on, you may not see the stock notifier button.

Returns

What do I do if my items arrived damaged or defective?

Please contact us through the contact form and provide all your personal details and order number. We will get back to you within 48 hours. If possible, we ask you to take photographs of your packaging and defective items. We will do our best to offer you a quick solution so you can get back in action.

I have not received all the items I ordered.

Please contact us through the contact form, provide your personal details as well as your order number, and list the missing items. We will contact you to resolve the situation.

I would like to return a partial or complete order.

You can return your items if they are still packaged and sealed in the original packaging. Please fill out the following form and include it in the package. Once we have received and confirmed that the contents are in order, we will refund the item costs by store credit.

We will deduct a certain percentage if the items have been opened/used. This percentage is determined after inspection and you will be informed by email.

We will not cover the shipping costs for returns.

Other

I want to change/add something to my order.

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can contact us through the contact form. Provide all personal details and order number for quick handling. We can remove items and refund the cost the same day. It is also possible to add an item, but your order will not be shipped until full payment has been processed.

If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately we cannot add or remove anything. You can always return items that were not needed as mentioned in the Returns tab.
