The PVS-7 goggles are widely recognized for their reliability and unmatched ergonomic design. This U.S. military-grade night vision system has proven its worth in combat and is considered one of the highest quality AN/PVS-7 B/D systems on the market. The PVS-7 goggles can be assembled with high-performance Generation 2+ and Generation 3 image intensifier tubes (available in green phosphor or P45 white phosphor). They incorporate Automatic Brightness Control (ABC), which adjusts image brightness in changing light conditions, maintaining sharpness and clarity. The integrated infrared illuminator provides a light source outside the visible spectrum, allowing the user to operate in complete darkness without being detected.

Additionally, the PVS-7 goggles feature an automatic bright light cut-off function to protect the intensifier tube from intense light sources, and they automatically shut off when flipped up while mounted using the optional helmet mount. They also include two LED indicators integrated into the eyepiece, one for the IR illuminator and another for low battery. They are lightweight, rugged, and versatile, and can be handheld or mounted on the head/helmet. They are compatible with afocal magnifier lenses that enhance long-distance viewing.
