SSG-10 TDC Kit

Our 8-piece TDC solution for the SSG-10, designed for both beginner and PRO SSG-10 players.
This unique design ensures that the kit self-secures to the hop-up unit without the need for glue, tape, or epoxy, making it extremely suitable for easy installation.

This kit allows you to control hop-up adjustment via a rotating wheel located on top of the outer barrel, significantly improving the range and accuracy of your stock SSG-10, while enabling you to lift heavy BBs without any issues.
It is a complete kit, including a drilling tool, making it a very comprehensive and highly affordable solution.

TDC Kit Contents and Materials

The TDC kit consists of:

• 4 CNC aluminum parts

• 1 stainless steel part

• 1 steel ball and spring screw (clicker)

• 1 O-ring for use without the click system for finer adjustment

• 1 drilling tool, allowing you to precisely drill a 6 mm hole in the SSG-10 outer barrel for kit installation

CNC Aluminum Arm

This arm fits perfectly into the original SSG-10 hop-up and has been prototyped multiple times to achieve an exact fit between the two hop-up components of the SSG-10.
The arm’s side wings precisely fit into the grooves of the hop-up unit, ensuring the arm remains perfectly straight within the assembly.

CNC Aluminum Nub

The nub features a wide surface that presses against the bucking patch and utilizes the full length of the patch to lift the BB.
It works especially well with the original SSG-10 Autobot bucking and large patch buckings such as the SR-Hop Bucking, Modify X-Range Bucking, among others.

The nub is designed to fit with minimal play inside the hop-up arm, providing optimal TDC (Top Down Center) movement and even pressure on the bucking.
This results in straighter shots, increased range, and maximum accuracy. Our components stand out for their superior fitment between parts.

CNC Aluminum TDC Wheel Housing

The TDC wheel housing sits on top of the outer barrel and has a height of only 4.80 mm, allowing the installation of most optics without interference.
It can be used with the ball and spring click system, or by removing the screw and using an O-ring for even finer adjustment.

The housing perfectly matches the round shape of the outer barrel and requires no glue, epoxy, or tape for installation.
A major advantage of the kit is that there is zero play between the housing and the outer barrel.
It is secured with a screw, ensuring the housing remains perfectly aligned.

Stainless Steel Fixing Screw

This exclusive Stalker screw design allows the TDC housing to be secured directly to the outer barrel.
It can be tightened using a small or large flathead screwdriver.
Made from high-quality stainless steel, it offers exceptional durability.
The use of red Loctite is recommended to ensure secure fixation.

CNC Aluminum TDC Wheel

The wheel features a serrated edge that enables click adjustments.
The threads are designed to provide fine and precise clicks when adjusting the hop-up.
If you do not wish to use the click system, you can remove the ball screw and allow the wheel to rotate on the internal O-ring.

The wheel is engraved with the STALKER logo and marked with + and -, making it easy to remember the direction for increasing or decreasing hop-up.

⚠️ IMPORTANT RECOMMENDATION ⚠️

USE A QUALITY 6 MM HSS DRILL BIT TO DRILL THE OUTER BARREL
(We use BOSCH HSS drill bits)

WHEN INSTALLING THE CLICKER SCREW THAT FITS INSIDE THE TDC HOUSING, APPLY RED LOCTITE AND TIGHTEN THE SCREW WITH A HEX KEY UNTIL THE WHEEL STARTS CLICKING.
