Swap the AEG-type flat hop rubber and/or inner barrel after barrel removal.

Before you start

Safety, tools and revision

Safety. Disconnect the battery, wear eye protection and unload the replica. Follow local law; chronograph after any change that can affect energy.
Revision. Legacy MDR-X V1/V2 video. V3 documents list 330 mm and 420 mm AEG inner-barrel/hop assemblies; confirm the V3 assembly before ordering.
