Installation
SandGrips are manufactured with high precision—just 0.05 mm tolerance. Installation takes only minutes.
1. Ensure your replica is unloaded before installation! Remove the magazine from the magazine well and check the chamber before beginning work. Always follow general firearm safety rules!
2. Start by cleaning the areas of your replica that will be covered by the SandGrips. Use a cleaner that won’t damage your replica’s surface. For optimal adhesion, the surface must be completely grease-free.
3. Before removing the transfer film, place the SandGrips on the rear adhesive points and check the fit. Once satisfied with the positioning, remove the transfer film and begin applying.
4. Heat one SandGrip until soft and flexible. A hair dryer is suitable for this. Avoid touching the adhesive surface. Once softened, place it on the desired location and press down firmly to eliminate air bubbles.
5. Repeat heating and pressing until satisfied with the fit. Don’t worry—you can remove them later without leaving any residue! Congratulations, your replica now has a bombproof grip in your hand!
