STALKER:
I am pleased to announce the new Stalker Scorpion piston. A piston that has been in development since September 2019. I have had this piston in prototype stage for more than enough time and shared prototype versions within our test panel with amazing results. The parts have been precisely tuned to deliver the best possible performance for your SRS A1 or A2/M2.

The Stalker Scorpion piston features an extremely modular design created from scratch on my drawing board a long time ago. It includes every option people could wish for in their SRS piston. It is a unique concept where 6 weights form the actual body, and since the piston itself is made up of these weights, it is also possible to extend the piston with additional weights (short stroke), which in turn reduces your cylinder volume and joule output.

The 6-piece configuration allows for 12 different setups. By extending the piston with an additional weight, you gain access to 12 additional configuration options.

Below I will explain the features of this piston.

The piston cups are made of durable, high-quality rubber and have been tested and tuned to deliver the best performance with cylinders currently available on the market. The piston cups are available in two versions.

Black Cup

Zero loading friction.
No thumb seal block.
Higher joule output.
Fast cocking (lighter pull).
Works best with the Stinger Tapered Brass air brake
Brown Cup

Medium sized.
Low friction.
100% thumb seal block.
Lower joule output than the black cup
Works best with brass air brakes.
A drop of oil on the edge of the cup is recommended.
The piston comes with various body weights (depending on the product edition), which are interchangeable to perfectly configure your SRS.

Available in black anodized aluminum, each piece weighs: 7 grams
Available in gold-coated polished steel, each piece weighs: 21 grams
Additionally, the piston head is also available in these versions.

Black anodized aluminum, each head weighs: 8 grams
Gold-coated polished steel, each head weighs: 24 grams
This allows you to configure the piston between approximately 65 to 148 grams (depending on the air brake), enabling you to tune it for any desired joule output.

In addition, the piston comes with 1 adjustable air brake.

1x Adjustable Air Brake made of brass.

This is a thick brass air brake, not tapered. This air brake provides the most "direct" braking effect — once the air brake enters the nozzle, the piston immediately begins to slow down.

Other included parts:

Sear End Cap made of stainless steel.
10 O-rings for placement between the weights or stock to prevent the weights from loosening during gameplay.
Front guide ring made of POM.
Receiver guide ring made of POM.
9mm laser-engraved Stalker spring guide with top cut for the adjustable air brake.
Soft bumper pad that fits onto the spring guide to reduce impact. (Hard protective pad available separately; item code: ST-050)
2 O-rings for the spring guide fitting the A1 stock.
2 O-rings for the spring guide fitting the A2/M2 stock.
The Scorpion piston inlet size has been optimized to work best with Rapax and Silverback springs; it may also work well with other brands provided they have the same diameter as the springs mentioned above.
