Refund policy

We want returns and refunds to be straightforward while keeping our products safe and compliant. This page explains when refunds are available, what’s excluded, and how to start a return.

1) Cooling-off period (EU consumer purchases)
You may withdraw from a distance purchase within 14 calendar days from the day you (or someone you designate) receive the product. During this period, handle items and packaging with care and only to the extent needed to assess the product. To withdraw, return the product complete, undamaged and—where reasonably possible—in its original packaging.

2) What you can and cannot return
• Eligible: Unused items in their original, sealed packaging.
• Partially eligible: If an item has been opened/used, a partial refund may apply after inspection.
• Not eligible / not cancelable: Pre-orders, back-orders and F-mark airsoft guns (a 10% cancellation fee applies if you decide to cancel after placing such an order).
• Legal exclusions: Items made to your specifications, clearly personal items, goods that by their nature cannot be returned, and other statutory exclusions.

3) Return shipping & fees
• Return postage is paid by the customer.
• We do not refund any shipping fees already paid.
• If the parcel was seized by authorities in your country (for example due to local regulations), no refund is due.

4) Refund method & timing
All returns will be refunded exclusively in the form of store credit. Once your return has been received and inspected, the corresponding balance will be issued to your customer account for use on future purchases in our webshop. In all cases, store credit will be processed within 30 days after we receive your return or withdrawal notice.

5) Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrived damaged/defective or the contents are incorrect, contact us with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items. We’ll arrange repair, replacement or a refund in line with warranty and consumer law.

6) How to start a return
1. Email info@skirmshop.es with your order number and reason for return.
2. Complete the Return Form and place it inside the box (the return address is Ronda Santa Eulalia 14, local (08780), Pallejà, Barcelona, Spain.
3. Ship the parcel and keep your proof of postage/tracking until your refund is completed.

7) Warranty notes
Warranty is void if a replica is tampered with, modified, repaired, or lubricated with non-approved oils/grease. For warranty questions, email info@skirmshop.es first.
