Deze functie helpt een veelvoorkomend probleem op te lossen dat veel schutters ervaren bij het jagen met elke vorm van digitale optiek, en dat is het gebrek aan diepteperceptie dat inherent is aan optieken die een digitaal scherm gebruiken. De VarmintV2 combineert die LRF-functionaliteit met een 12 micron sub-20 milikelvin thermische detector, die samenwerkt met een hoogwaardige 1024x768 OLED
