Els clàssics kits de conversió HAO 416D per a la Tokyo Marui MWS estan mecanitzats per CNC a partir d’una lingot d’aliatge 7075-T6, el mateix material utilitzat a l’arma real. En aquest kit trobareu un canó d’acer perforat de 10,4" amb rosca 1/2-28 RH, mecanitzat per CNC i combinat amb un bloc de gas estil 416D, un rail quadre SMR complet estil 416D segons especificacions RS, una tuerca de canó d’acer completa segons especificacions RS i una tuerca de castell estil 416D, una placa final de corretja ambdextresa millorada premsada hidràulicament, una empunyadura V7 de polímer injectat per a GBB (gas blowback) i un tub de canó exterior OTB tornat per CNC.
